Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
You have 30 calendar days to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process from the date you received your item. Please include reason for the return/refund request.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the email or return package.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Once we receive an email initiating the return process, we will notify you that we have received your email.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). Please allow seven (7) business days from the receipt of your email to process your refund.
Refunds may take 1 -2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
